Tja, det beror på hur fast du är i att använda reglerna. Om det behövs en bättre orch "on the spot" så att säga, kan du bara ge den lite mer HP, AC och eventuellt Attack bonus. Problemet är att detta kräver att du är rätt duktig på att bedömmma hur svårt motstånd denna orch kommer att bli.
Det andra sättet är att "levla" orchen i någon class (warrior vanligast). Detta görs på samma sätt som med en spelares rollperson, fast med eventuellt en NPC class (beskrivs i Dungeon Masters Guide).
