Håller på att knopar ihop några prestige classer, den första, Flameblade finns nu som ett första utkast, dock är vissa delar ej bestämda, t.ex. class skills.

Nu vill jag iaf har några synpunkter, finns det någon förmåga som saknas, någon som är för kraftfull etc...

Kortsagt, förslag på förbättringar.

Flameblade Prestige Class (version 0.1)
Hit Die: d8
Requirements:
To qualify to become a flameblade, a character must fulfill the following criteria:
Base Attack Bonus: +4
Skills: Concentration 4 ranks, Knowledge (arcane) 4 ranks, Spellcraft 4 ranks, Survival 6 ranks
Feats: Combat Casting, Improved Initiative, Power Attack, Weapon Focus (any sword)
Spellcasting: Ability to cast 2nd level arcane spells without preparation and must know at least one spells with fire (example: Burning Hands, Continual Flame, or Pyrotechnics)
Class Skills:
Skill Points at Each Level: 4+Int modifier
Class Features:
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A flameblade gains no proficiency with any weapons, armor or shields.
Drink Survival (Ex): A flameblade need only half water for alive in a heat environment, such as desert.
Fire Resistance (Ex): At 1st level, a flameblade gains a fire resistance of 5. At 4th level these resistance is 10. At 8th level these resistance raises to 15.
Flameblade (Ex): At 2nd level, a flameblades sword gains a fire damage of 1d4. These raises to 1d6 at level 7th.
Fire Wall of Defense (Sp): At 3rd level, a Flameblade can use the spell-like abilities Fire Wall of Defense once per day. These abilities makes a Fire Wall with 10 ft. radius, with gains a shield bonus of +5 to armor class against arrows, bolts, and bullets. All characters, except the flameblade, get a fire damage of 2d6 when they passes throw the fire wall. The Fire Wall of Defense is active in 5 rounds.
Flame Initiative (Ex): A flameblade gains a +2 bonus on Initiative modifier, this bonus raises to +5 if the opponent is a creature with the fire subtype.
Summon Lesser Fire Elemental (Sp): 1/day, a flameblade can summon a lesser fire elemental as the Summon Monster spells.
Body of Flame (Ex): A flameblades body give everyone who touch him, or he touch, 1d6 fire damage, if that character or creature not have the fire subtype, or anyone else fire immunity.
Immunity to Fire (Ex): At 10th level, a flameblade become total immune against fire.

To qualify to become a frozen guardian, a character must fulfill the following criteria:

Feats: Power Attack, Cleave, Dodge, Weapon Focus (any melee weapon)
Class Skills:
Skill Points at Each Level: 2+Int modifier
Class Features:
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A frozen guardian gains no proficiency with any weapons, armor or shields.
Great Cleave: At 1st level, a frozen guardian gains Great Cleave as a bonus feat.
Fire Vulneratility (Ex): At 2nd level, a frozen guardian take one half more damage from fire.
Rage (Sp): At 3rd level, a frozen guardian gains the spell-like abilities rage 1/day, this function is like the sorcerer/wizard spells, but can only use by him self. The time a frozen guardian can use this ability gains to 2/day at level 6, and to 3/day at level 9. The caster level is the time he can cast this spell-like ability, example caster level 2 when he can use this ability 2 times on the day.
Damage Reduction (Ex): At 2nd level, a frozen guardian gains damage reduction 5 against cold, these reduction increases to 10 at level 4th.
Frozen Critical (Ex): At 5th level, a frozen guardian’s all critical damage with melee weapon becomes cold damage.
Frozen Archery Defense (Ex): At 7th level, a frozen guardian gains a +3 dodge bonus to armor class against ranged weapons, this increase to +5 dodge bonus versus cold ranged attacks.
Cold Cone (Su): At 8th level, a frozen guardian can breath a cold cone with a range of 10 feet, and width of 5 feet., this cone gives a cold damage of 2d6, at 10th level this ability give a cold damage of 3d6. The attack bonus, is his ranged attack bonus -3.
Cold Immunity (Ex): At 9th level, a frozen guardian becomes total immune against cold effects.

Ser spännande ut.

Tänk på att en bra prestige class har ett speciellt syfte i världen, det är inte samma sak som en vanlig grundklass.

Skriv en liten bakgrunds historia - vilka blir prestige classen, måste man gå med i en organisation, har den något mål...
(det ska vara lite mer än något man tar bara för att den har balla förmågor)

När du nu gjort 2 prestige classer, den ena eld-inspirerad, den andra köld-inspirerad, så skulle jag vara intresserad av att veta hur de 2 interagerar - de borde vara dödsfiender..

Om flameblade:
prereq: Language Ignan (eldspråket)
prereq: Able to cast at least 1 summoning spell (för att förklara summon elemental)

Ett par feats (som antingen kan vara prereq. eller class abilities):
Improved Familiar (då kan man få en small fire elemental som familiar)
Energy Substitution metamagic feat från Tome&Blood (man väljer en form av energi, t.ex. eld. Sedan kan man kasta spells med andra energy-descriptors som om de vore fire. Cone of Cold blir t.ex. Cone of Fire. Kostar ingen extra spell-level att använda.)

Ett par spells som jag kan tänka mig att han kan få som class abilities: Heat Metal och Fire Shield.

Kanske ska man göra klassförmågan flameblade lite mäktigare:
Kolla i DMG. specialförmågor för magiska vapen så finns det "flaming" (motsvarar flameblade lvl7)
och "flame burst" (gör extra eld-skada vid en crit.)

Jag tycker att det du gjort ser balanserat ut, det kan bli obalanserat om du stoppar in alla mina förslag.

Det lät dumt.
Vad jag menade var att om du tyckte om något av mina förslag så kanske du måste plocka bort någon annan förmåga för att behålla balansen.

Ny version. Och som en liten kommentar. Det kommer så småningom en bakgrund (eller något liknande).

Att ta in en familiar är inte något jag övervägt, bl.a. då en Flameblade inte är en helt utpräglad magiker (får t.ex. inga nya spells, bortsett från några spell-like abilities). Däremot var jag inne på redan till v.0.1. om jag skulle införa en typ av Elementar Servant/Companion, motsvarande t.ex. Druidens Animal Companion, men med förmågorna, flamebladen har i grund, så finns risken att han blir för mäktig. Det är balansen jag strävat efter hela tiden, vilken då har drabbat vissa andra saker, vilket jag försöker rätta till, bl.a. med att stryka viisa, och lägga till andra förmågor, bl.a. några du föreslog.
