Det var länge sen jag har gjord inlägg i den här weforum. Jag undra om att det var ok att göra inlägg om den nya Star Wars rollspelen eftersom det basera på D20 system. Men allafall har jag gjort en ny ras plus deras special utrustning till Star Wars d20 efter jag har kollat på Ultimate Alien Antology tillbehör boken. Det vore kul om jag får höra era åsikter om denne rasen och deras utrustning. Observera, den är på engelska.


Zaide
Zaide have reputation as great warrior and hunters who depend their own unique armor and weapons. They have also pretty long life spans but most of them don’t have even reached their high age because they died early mostly through their battle and hunting.
The origin of Zaide came from a planet that call Zaidara but it was destroyed by metorite rain. They live as nomad who travel around the galaxy and live in the wilderness. Zaide don’t bother to create a new home for their people.
In the age of Clone Wars, the Zaide hire themself out to the Republic to fight against the Separatists, but some year later the Zaide suddenly turned to Separatists side for unknown reason. After the fall of Republic when the Imperial raise up, the Zaide start hiding in unknown planets and try to avoid with the Imperial. After they heard the destruction of Death Star, they decide to join with the Rebell Alliance against the Imperial force. After the fall of Imperial, Zaide tried to return to their normal lifes until the Yuuzhan Vong starting invade. Almost all the Zaide join the fight against the Yuuchan Vong because they they see it as one of the most greatest challenge to faced against them.
Personality: The Zaide are pretty short tempered people who don’t like people who talking bad about their peoples or their closed friends, they almost always solve it through by forcing them to taking it back or beating them up badly. Zaide don’t talk very much, they rather talk pretty short and simple. Zaide may be little cold but they have great lojal band and compassion for their peoples and friends. They see battle and hunting as their part of lifes and they like to take greater challenge to test their skills. They rather live in the wilds than city because that they don’t want to live easy life.
Physical Description: Zaide are near-Humans with tanned skins. Their hair color range from blond to red. They have also pretty small fangs but it hardly notice without taking a closer look. Overall they look more as human but slightly better build body. A full grown Zaide is long as normal humans.
Homeworld: Zaide has a home planet before that call Zaidara but it was destroyed by meterorites long before the Republic was created in the Old Republic. And they don’t try to build up a new home.
Language: Zaide have their own written and spoken language. Their language are pretty simple and have only useful words, but this language don’t have any graceful words. Almost all Zaide learn to Basic because they used to travel around the galaxy. They have also created sign language that call Daidmer, they used this sign language in battles and hunts.
Example Names: Male Name: Anzati, Cartzati, Danzati Faitzati, Jinzati; Female Name: Ainmara Cartmara, Daitmara, Faitmara, Jenmara. Zaide male name always end with “zati” while females always end with “mara”.
Age in Years: Child: 1-7; Young Adult: 8-13; Adult: 14-90; Middle Age: 91-150; Old: 151-199; Venerable: 200+.
Adventures: All the Zaide live as nomads and travel around the galaxy and live in the wilderness. The typical classes for them is Fringer, Scout and Soldier. Nobles don’t exist in Zaide cultures. Zaide as Tech Specialist does exist but they are pretty few and they ofter taking care of crafting Zaide armors and wepaons. A Zaide who travel around galaxy by self turn ofter as Big Game Hunter, Bodyguard, Bounty Hunter and Mercenary. A outcast Zaide turn ofter into ruthless criminal with no limit, a outcast Zaide are ofter work as assassin or bandit. Force user Zaide don’t ever exist because that they don’t have any connection with the Force.

Zaide Species Traits
-Ability Modifiers: +2 Strength, +2 Constitution, -2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma
-Medium-size: As Medium-size creatures, Zaide have no special modifiers to their size.
-Speed: Zaide base speed is 10 meters.
-Force Blind: The Zaide cannot take the Force-sensitive feat so that mean they can’t take any Force-using classes or prestige classes, aquire Force feats or learn Force skills. Other still can sense them through the Force, howewer.
-Fearless: Zaide are don’t fear eaisly and they don’t have problem to face the death, so that they get +6 on Will save when they tried to resist the fears.
-Weapons Proficency: Zaide commoners receive the bonus feats Weapon Group Proficency (Simple), Weapon Group Proficency (Primitive) and Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Zaide Bolt Rifle). Zaide with heroic or professional classes receive the bonus feats Weapon Group Proficency (Simple), Weapon Group Proficency (Primtive), Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Zaide Bolt Rifle), Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Zaide Swordspear) and Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Zaide Razordisc) instead the usual Weapon Group Proficiency bonus feats.
-Non-Talkative: Zaide are not very talkative and they rather talk pretty short. The Zaide are not real made for fast talking, negotiate and storytelling so that they get penality of –4 on Bluff, Diplomacy and Entertain (Ballad and Storytelling) checks. But the penality don’t effect when Zaide try to haggle price with Diplomacy check or try to feint against their opponent with Bluff checks.
-Skill Bonus: Zaide gain +2 bonus on Hide, Move Silently and Survival checks.
-Bonus Feat: Armor Proficency (Light) and Track.
-Free Language Skills: Read/Write and Speak Zaidese and Basic, and Speak Daidmer (Zaide sign language).

Zaide armor is one of importing equipment of Zaide because it help them to survive in the wild and protect from harms. Zaide armor give out to Zaide who have just turning adult and know how to survive in the wild. Zaide armor are ofter decorate with something, example like some paintings, feather, fangs, claws or maybe fur. This armor have some useful inbuild equipments that Zaide normaly need.
This armor have inbuild heater and cooler so that it give weare +2 to Fort save against the cold and heat. It have also inbuild life supoort that last up 10 hours. In the right gaunlet it have concealed retactable blade that have similar weapon stats as knife but it give +1 extra damage. The blade can be extenden or retracted as free action. In left gaunlet it have inbuild grappling spike launcher. In the upperarms it have concealed dart launchers in each arms. Each dart launchers is loaded with 3 darts so that a wearer can shoot up 6 darts. And also it have similar weapon stats as knife but range increment is up to 4 meters. Each darts cost 1 credits but if wearer wish, they could use other special type of darts, darts with paralytic poison cost 10 credits each and darts with contact poison cost 50 credits each (see in core rules book about poison). The helmet have inbuild night vision that let wearer to see through the darkness, it have also motion sensor and sound sensor that give +2 to Listen and Spot. The armor have a secrect compartment that have place up 1 kg. And also it have pockets, poches and straps that weare can put in or attacked their weapons.
Zaide have very respect for their armor and see it part of the wearer so that they even wear it to their dead. They see as great insult if somebody wear somebody
else armor, if Zaide ever see a non-Zaide who wear the Zaide armor, the non-Zaide must have very good explation for it how it got it or else he/she will face Zaide wraith.

Zaide Swordspear

Swordspear is very old type of Zaide weapon that are still very popoular and it see as a statues to wield the swordspear. The swordspear take a shape of long spear with sword like blade at other end. Swordspear is double weapon so that work like as quarterstaff or gaffi stick. Swordspear could also fold in so that it will more easy to carried it around or could use as sword. To fold it out or in, it take a move action.

Zaide Razordisc

Razordisc is truly deadly weapon in hand of skilled Zaide. Razordisc is one of Zaide most advanced weapon and it may not use by amature without proper training with it. Razordisc is a thrown weapon that have ability to return back to user hand. It will return to the owner after it have hit or miss in the end of followed round. If user don’t have the proficiency for it, they must make Dex mod check against DC of 15 to catch it or else it will they will get damage by their own damage. Razordisc could also use as melee weapon but it will be less deadly

Zaide Bolt Rifle

Bolt rifle is special rifle that shoot small quarrel. Zaide favourite this weapon because it is much quit than blaster and it make less notice. It remind little about as magna caster. The bolt rifle can hold 10 of quarrels before it need to reload. 10 set of quarrels cost 20 credits. If owner wish, they could instead use other special type of quarrels, quarrel with paralytic poison cost 40 each, and quarrel with contact poison cost 60 each.
