AEG påstår att de håller på med följande:
AAAAAARGH! Det där låter sjukt coolt. Och dyrt. Och häftigt. Och jag vet inte vad. 13 000 sidor... my god!

Källa EN World, förstås.AEG has been working away for the past year on several very large projects, on the scope that hasn't been seen before prior to the launch of Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition. Of course, we already have our outstanding Rokugan and Spycraft lines, but in this case we are interested in advertising and showcasing our upcoming d20 System, 13,000 page, all-encompassing: Warlords of the Accordlands. Four massive tomes are being simultaneously developed to be the most comprehensive fantasy setting ever done, bar none. We looked at what was on the market and decided that we weren't wowed with any one setting… so we set out to create a setting that would wow the most skeptical of DMs and players. We're all big gamers here at AEG, and because we make it a point to PLAY every day, we try to see what customers are looking for, and then develop those products.
The books are four-color of course, have more maps than you can shake a staff at (no kidding, by my last counting more than a 3rd of our monsters in the creature-tome have their own mini-lairs so that DMs can just open the book to run an impromptu encounter), are hardbound and have been designed so that players and GMs do not need to buy an endless supply of splat books in order to get the full goods of the campaign setting. It's comprehensive, massive, and most importantly… full of flavor.
We originally scheduled this product to release at GenCon 2003, but we realized that we just couldn't get the quality level we wanted by that date, so it is releasing this fall so that it is just right. Many of us play Blizzard Entertainment computer game products, and are very conscious of their design ethics. AEG is making sure it adopts a similar ethic, and aims to release a product when it's good-and-ready… not in a rush just to release at a convention. We're shooting for quality over everything else on this one. Additionally, we are combing through our books to make sure it's 3.5 Edition-compliant, so that the book's rules will be current and valid for the next several years.
