Looking at house prices in various areas, I am noticing that the difference between what seems like rural / village and city prices is much bigger than I expected.
Now some of these might be scams of course but I am seeing a lot of pretty nice little houses for not that much money, especially up North.
Is this just from people moving to the big cities and the small villages going empty or am I missing something? (other than being out in the boonies of course)
