Ability: 3-8 (Prowess, Cunning, Skill)
Talent: 0-6 (I korthet: Färdigheter)
Test
When trying to overcome an obstacle of a certain, set difficulty such as climbing a wall, jumping a chasm or sneaking up on a sleeping bear. Roll a test roll, d20 and add the relevant ability and talent as well as any relevant bonuses or penalties. The test has a preset difficulty which is often 20 (challenging) but can also be lower or higher.
d20 + T + A vs. Difficulty = Simple roll
Opposed test
Trying to overcome someone or something that is actively trying to oppose the character. Two opposing tests are rolled and the higher total wins. It is often useful to note the difference between the two totals: this is known as the degree of success.
d20 + T + A vs. d20 + T + A = Conflict roll
