Cubicle 7 & Kult [split]
Ok. Kult is not dead. Cubicle 7 is wanting to work on it, but they just launched their Dr. Who line of games and are very busy with it. There is some excitement with the game in their office, just not a priority yet for them.
But, if someone wants to put in the work, they are willing to team up and share in the profits. Basically what that means. They currently have access to the license. They are willing to work with people to get it back out there. In what format or exactly what to release, they don't know yet and are open to suggestions. So if anyone wants to put a project together and a pitch to Cubicle 7, I can help arrange it. If it is only polishing the adventures we have from the contests and putting together a good resource, all the way up to writing a new edition to the game. We are wide open. So think about it everyone and decide what you can and want to do. But it has to be serious, not half-hearted. Cubicle 7 will eventually do something with it, but it not yet on their project board. We can get it there if we want to contribute.
One last thing, Paradox is also willing to give rights to the license out right. I know the sum they are asking. But I be won't posting it here in the public forums. I hope you understand. If you have a serious inquiry about acquiring the license, get hold of me, but I won't be posting any figures on here.
So there we go people. The life of Kult can rest in our hands. We have an opportunity to be part of its resurrection. So really think about what we would like to do and what we are willing to do
