En kompass för gns måste väl rimligtvis vara tredimensionell. Inga problem egentligen, bara lite mer arbete med att visualisera. Eller kanske triangelformad som Scott McClouds pyramid.

Man kan väl börja med att försöka placera in kända spel vid de olika hörnen? Nu är mina kunskaper om bordsrollspel ohyggligt rostiga, och jag är inte så fruktansvärt inläst på GNS, men här är ändå ett inledande försök:

G: AD&D
N: Price Valiant RPG. Bra-rollspelet.
S: Vad hette det där antiterroristspelet? Phoenix Commando?
GN: Ars Magica
GS: ...finns nog många bra exempel här.
NS: Drakar och Demoner
GNS: ?

Måste rusa nu.

  • Ascribing any sort of geometric shape or variable-space to these terms. Such ideas are often interesting but they are not formally part of the definitions. (For instance, there is no such thing as a "GNS Triangle.")

Det stämmer ganska väl in på mig, faktiskt. Jag känner igen mig i de där procenten. Möljigtvis tycker jag att "Weekend warrior" kunde vara litet lägre, men det beror ju väldigt mycket på spelet.

Nån som kan tipsa om ett simulant spel?

Triangeln som fanns i iron heart 2 (?) kanske skulle funka. Där var ytterligheterna demokrati, fascism och kommunism.

Finns det något bra regelsystem i simulantstil som samtidigt är väldigt enkelt? Ofta är såna spel för detaljerade. Helst ett system som är minimalt narrativistiskt.

Äh, jag får väl skapa det själv.

Hearts of Iron ett hade triangeln, efterföljande Hearts of Iron använde sig av andra metoder (sliders!).
Och ett enkelt simulationsspel... BRP?

De enklaste varianterna av BRP skulle kanske funka? Agendan där är simulerande, och om man inte lägger på för mycket grejer blir det inte särskilt komplicerat heller.

Creative agenda år INTE = spelartyp

Vilken spelartyp man är har viss betydelse för hur man ställer sig till olika creativa agendor men det är definitivt inte samma sak.

Båda koncepten är intressanta men de beskriver olika saker.
