(Im sure I butchered the title)
As you may know, I am a Danish citizen living in the US and in 5 years or so, we are looking at relocating somewhere, with Sweden being high on the list.
I am familiar with the legal requirements as a nordic citizen and the time it can take to find housing, what I am asking about is what areas of the country are worth looking into.
We are looking for stuff that is pretty small town but still allows potentially living without a car, at least temporarily. Suburbs of a larger city are fine too. Access to nature nearby is a must.
So I guess tell me why the place you live is cool Either specific towns or areas in general.
As a general question: Are there significant cultural (or other) differences between South and North for example or between coast and inland?
