Little info about Systembolaget the place where you buy all alcohol above 3,5% abv or 7 proof if you're american.
Systembolaget the goverment run liqourstore is open monday to friday 10 am to 7 pm and in some cities there are systembolaget that is open to 8 pm and on saturdays its open 10 am to 2 pm or 3 pm in some cities.
Here in my city they are open to 7 pm in the city and 8 pm at the shopping center same on saturdays its open one hour later at the shopping center and that seems to be a thing in many places in sweden that they are open an extra hour at the shopping centers
Its closed on sundays and all major hollidays so if you want alcohol for christmas or midsummer then buy it a few days in advance
You can order home delivery but you have to vara ute i god tid as we say in sweden since it takes them some days to deliver or thats what its like where i live it might be that they have same day delivery in major cities like Stockholm and Gothenburg and Malmö.
If I want to have a couple of beers on friday i usually have to order it on monday or tuesday to get it on friday.
Also you have to be home when the delivery arrives since you have to identify yourrself and prove you're of legal age to drink to recive the alcohol and also to sign for the delivery if you're not home the delivery will be returned to sender.
Also if you order home delivery they only accept credit card payment or swish payment (payment app linked to your swedish bank account) i think they can also accept bank transfer (i think those are the payments they accept). Also it must be payed in advance so you cant pay upon delivery and you cant pay cash.
They also only deliver on weekdays monday to friday and during certain hours of the day which is a bitch since most people are at work then.
If you want a certain type of alcohol that they dont have in stock at your local Systembolaget they can order it for you and then you get a notification and can pick it up when it arrives
You can also do online shopping and choose to collect it at your local Systembolaget.
