Re: BARA framforskade formler
Jag fick en briljant idé förut... som egentligen hör hemma i Expert Drakar och Demoner... men den kan lätt användas i DnD också. Den går ut på att man BARA får använda framforskade formler. Och level bestämmer SL, eller så säger spelaren att han ska forska fram en X-lvl-spell och den ska göra så här, så får SL modda bäst han vill ("som vanligt, i framtiden"). Man får då antagligen lätta lite på reglerna ang. framforskande av besvärjelser... då det annars kommer ta kopiöst med tid.
Man kan anta att alla magiker (som antagligen lärt sig magi genom en akademi) lärt sig att forska fram lite roliga saker och gjort det under sin utbildning, så att de redan från början har ett par gosiga formler att leka med. Man får då göra rollpersonerna vid ett tillfälle och börja spela vid ett annat tillfälle då det annars blir VÄLDIGT snabbpåhittade formler...
Det blir då mycket mer personligt vad man hittar på för spells åt sin rollperson... (Lambis notering... jävlar vad svengelska dnd inbjuder till
)
I min idé behåller man magiskola... eventuella specialities i dnd, så man får någon sorts inriktning i sina formler förutom besvärjarens personlighet och behov.

...och slutligen vill jag inte vara sämre än att jag postar lite forler som min druid forskade fram/skulle forska fram (spelkampanjen lades ned, alla var för hög level och så...)

Lvl 1
Enlarge animal or plant

This spell works as the lvl 1 wizard spell Enlarge, but affects only animals and plants.
Lvl 5
Store animal attack
Sphere: Animal
Range: 0 / lvl yards
Duration: lvl days (memorization slot occupied during the duration)
Area of effect: Attacks during 1 rd from an animal
Casting time: 1 turn / 4
Save: None
When this spell is cast, the caster can the following round absorb the strength of the combined attacks of one animal and store it for the full duration of the spell. While having an attack in storage, the caster can anytime he wants to, trigger the attack on any target (casting time: 4). The target of the spell receives all the attacks done by the animal hitting the caster at the final round of the spell. Only one target is possible, even if there were multiple attacks made on the caster when the spell was cast. The attack works as normally (Thac0, damage), but can fail due to Magic Resistance.
Lvl 6
Animal growth II
Sphere: Animal
Range: 80 yds
Casting time: 8
Duration: 2rds/lvl
Area of effect: 1 animal / 10 lvl’s
Save: None
This spell is similar to the lvl 5 spell Animal growth, but instead of doubling size, it triples it, along with HD etc. as the Animal Growth-spell.
Elemental immunity
Sphere: Elemental, protection
Range: 0
Duration: 1 turn / lvl
Area of effect: the caster
Casting time: 5
Save: none
This spell grants the caster complete immunity to elemental damage for the duration of the spell. The caster also is immune to attacks from the Demi-Elemental area, for example Lava and Smoke attacks.
Lvl 7
Protective Roots
Sphere: Plant
Range: 0
Casting time: 9
Duration: Lvl rds
Area of effect: The caster
Save: None
This defensive spell conjures roots that springs out from all over the caster. The roots make a protective layer, protecting the caster from any damage. The defense can be coordinated in one of two ways:
1) The roots can take lvlx10 points of damage before disappearing. The roots disappear either of damage of when the duration runs out.
2) The roots gives the caster a (lvl x 3)% protection to all damage. Maximum protection is 90%, at lvl 30.
Mass Heal
Sphere: Healing
Range: 2yards/lvl
Casting time: 8
Duration: Permanent
Area of effect: Caster lvl / 5 creatures
Save: None
This spell heals selected creatures as if healed with the lvl 6-spell Heal.
Awaken Forest
Sphere: Plant
Range: 0
Duration: Instant
Casting time: 3rds
Area of effect: All animals & plants living in the forest within 1 mile /lvl of the caster
Save: None
This spell sends out a message to the whole forest and all of its inhabitants (not visitors). The message can be a request of any kind, or maybe a warning.
Non of the plants not animals feel a need to help the caster because of the spell, but the casters of this spell often has the same opinion as the recipients touching the wealth and future of the forest. This spell is more effective if the caster personally knows as many plants and animals in the forest as possible.
Abuse of this spell might get disastrous consequences, due to the hatred the inhabitants of the forest feels for the caster who “Calls them for nothing”.

Area of effect: The caster
Duration: Same as fireshield
Save: None
Hit damage = damage given back to attacker automatically. Note that the damage given back is the damage the attacker hit’s, not the damage received by the caster.
Lvl 3 – Increase animal intelligence
Sphere: Animal
Range: Touch
Area of effect: One animal
Duration: Lvl turns
Casting time: 1rd
Save: None
This spell increases the intelligence of an animal with a maximum Int-score of 8. The increasement in Int is temporal.

The animal remembers any conclusions made while affected of the spell, but cannot make the same conclusions again, It just knows it, like an instinct.
Does not work on the tarrasque. =)
