The Digital Use Agreement is a perpetual license between your school/institution and Davis Art Images. It will provide your school/institution with the freedom to build and maintain a digital image archive without recurring fees.
What to know before you sign:
- The agreement must be assigned to a school, college campus, museum, or library—the sole location at which the licensed images will be used.
- By signing the agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of use, which state that images will only be used for educational purposes via classroom projection and closed network study by enrolled students and faculty.
- The agreement only needs to be signed once per school/institution. If you would like to know if your school/institution has signed an agreement, please contact us at
das@davisart.com or (800) 533-2847, ext. 252.
- Additional purchasers will need to be approved by the school/institution. Please use our “institutional wish list” feature to request images you would like your school’s/institution’s authorized purchaser to license.
